Deep Digital Presence LTD (“Deeep“, “we“, “our“) is a company incorporated in Israel. We operate the website https://deeep.social and provide strategy, creative, social‑media, and related digital‑marketing services (the “Services“).
For the purposes of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law 1981 and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations 2017, Deeep is the “database owner” (data controller) of the personal information described in this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect data that Israel categorises as “sensitive information” (e.g., health, genetic, biometric, sexual orientation, or unique biometric identifiers) unless you deliberately provide it and we obtain your explicit consent.

  • Cease Use – request we stop using your information for direct marketing.

11. Children

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will notify you directly and/or seek your consent.
